Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://stumpgrindinglittleton.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Dead Tree Removal, Land Clearing Service, Lawn Care, Stump Grinding, Stump Removal, Tree Removal, Tree Trimming provided by Last Stump Standing. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Last Stump Standing (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Last Stump Standing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Last Stump Standing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Last Stump Standing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Last Stump Standing in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Last Stump Standing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Choice of Law. CO law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CO, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Last Stump Standing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
